The 33 year old Barcelona defender, Eric Abidal, annouced few days ago that he would be leaving the club this summer, just weeks after completing an emotional comeback from liver surgery. He was subbed on for Pique at the 60th minute during the Barca final La Liga match against Malaga at Camp Nou. He was given a standing ovation by the fans as he came on the pitch. FC Barcelona beat Málaga (4-1) and finished La Liga with 100 points! At the end of the game, his team paid a tribute to him.
